Some of you may have noticed this little piece of history in the shop. This is the first egg grading machine used at Tamarix Eggs. The machine was first used during the 1960’s up until the late 90’s. This machine sorts the eggs out into the different sizes/grades.

Fresh from the Barn!

Our young cage-free hens in the barn have started laying and they’re producing 500g eggs 🥚

These fresh, locally laid eggs are perfect for your everyday cooking and baking needs.

Come grab a tray from our family-run farm in Dandenong South. We have got plenty ready for you!

Our new flock have just started laying eggs. This means that they are laying small eggs and we have plenty to go around!

These little guys might be underweight, but they're just as delicious and perfect for baking, breakfasts, or a protein-packed snack. 🍳
