Cat & Christian + a floral handbag 😍

A few months before the big day, Cat had seen a floral handbag I’d made for funsies. When she slid into my inbox asking for the same, but with tones of burgundy, green and pink, my excitement levels were high. Such a gorgeous day to be a part of. Every detail was perfect.

Emma & Isaac

When Emma enquired, her inspiration pics made my florist heart flutter. Spring garden, daisies, fluffy blooms and those magical words “I trust you”. Emma is an amazing cake maker, who’d seen my work at weddings - check out her page Emma

Getting to know Emma and Isaac was like chatting with old friends. They were so easy going, down to earth and truly in love.

Held at Terara Riverside Gardens, where the owners Michele and Stephen always go above and beyond to create perfect days.

This wedding was full of personal touches, and a fun garden party vibe. What a dream to be a part of. Manifesting more weddings like these!

The hellebore. The diva of the floral world. She’s one of my favorite flowers, but also incredibly hard to work with. Hellebores only bloom for a few short weeks each winter. Maybe that’s what makes them so beautiful. They’re here for such a brief moment before disappearing for another year.

I think there’s a lesson in that. Not everything beautiful is meant to last forever. Sometimes its value comes from how fleeting it is.

A reminder to slow down, notice the season you’re in, and appreciate the beauty while it’s here.

Mulberry. Moss. Rich texture. Moody tones. Texture.

If you’ve been dreaming of a wedding that feels romantic, editorial and just a little bit moody, this colour palette is it. Deep mulberry tones paired with lush mossy greens create a look that feels luxurious, timeless and full of interest.

For this design at the Sebel Kiama I Do Open Day, we embraced texture, form and tone to complement the ocean backdrop. It’s a palette that feels interesting and creates a vibe.

If you’re searching for a venue that offers stunning ocean views, beautiful accommodation for your guests and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, The Sebel Kiama is well worth adding to your list.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see as a wedding florist? That every single space needs florals.

When working with designing your dream florals, it’s about creating impact, not ticking off every possible floral item.

A small floral piece on a welcome sign? Pretty, but often seen for a few minutes.

Corsages for every family member? They can add up quickly and often aren’t the details guests remember.

I’d rather see my couples invest in the moments that create emotion and leave a lasting impression:

♡ A breathtaking ceremony backdrop
♡ A bridal bouquet that feels like a piece of art
♡ Reception florals that transform the room

A few incredible moments will always feel more luxurious than lots of little details.

The secret isn’t more flowers. It’s putting them in the right places.

Who said romance is dead? 🥀 Deep velvety red roses. Moody plum tones. All designed to tie perfectly in with the grooms exquisite burgundy velvet jacket. Held at the ever beautiful Greyleigh. This one was a fav to design.
