A recent Jarrah floor restored in Rivervale for a lovely couple. A few repairs and new hatches made, with nails punched and filled. Then new trims installed throughout. Coated in a water based polyurethane in a Satin/Matt finish.
The final result is stunning 🤩 🤩🤩

In Bicton last week to restore a Blackbutt parquetry floor and a Jarrah floor. The client chose a water based Ceramic coating 🧡
It was a real pleasure to do this for this beautiful family.

Unfortunately for this gorgeous Darlington family the existing flooring was not able to be saved and we had to replace the whole kitchen floor. But we are so happy with the final result and even more pleased with our clients choice In tinting and Water based polyurethane finish. 👏

These past few weeks have been spent doing this part home installation and entire home sand and polish in Darlington, for a lovely young family of five.
Here we have used a water based polyurethane ceramic coating with a Satin/Matt finish.

Stairs finished with R10 slip resistant in final coat.

Our clients this past month in Gidgegannup know all too well the value of family, surviving a catastrophic bushfire and an unforgiving micro burst storm. They have pushed through and we are so happy to be part of the rebuild and wish them all the best with any future works.
We have a few before and after photos, showing everything from waterproofing, construction and final finish.
Here we have used a water based polyurethane ceramic coating with a satin finish.
R10 (non slip)added in the final coat on stairs.

We completed this partial installation in South Fremantle in February and returned in April to complete the sanding and polishing. We’ve used a water based polyurethane with a Satin/Matt finish.
For the stairs we have used an R10 additive in the coating for slip resistance.
Here are a few before and after pics.
