We are really happy that Leslie’s stunning “Ngalyod” painting is being displayed in a place where it can be enjoyed by many people. 😍

Feeling incredibly honoured to have been gifted a stunning piece of art from the amazing Leslie Nawirridj yesterday. We are so grateful to have a piece of his talent and story on to display on our walls here in the Fannie Bay electorate office.

Leslie’s work is full of colour, culture, and connection and it is such a meaningful addition to our office space. If you’ve ever wandered through the Parap Markets, you’ve probably seen Leslie’s art stall and his friendly smile every Saturday (along with his beautiful wife Alison).

Thank you, Leslie, for sharing your gift with us!

Another day of selling our Western Arnhem Land Aboriginal art at the Parap Village Markets is over. It’s always a great day when family are working together. Dad & daughter duo. ❤️🥰
