I had so much fun filming this little story for Channel 9’s Postcards, which aired last night. 🥰🙏🙌
The crew were absolutely lovely, Shane was very cheeky, and the whole experience was such a treat.
But the real highlight for me was my wonderful little volunteer “rent-a-crowd” — especially as I’d normally be closed on the day we filmed. Thank you to little Daisy and her mumma, George & Harry, Robyn and Wendy, Jo — whose gorgeous little food van also features in the same segment, The Hungry Wombat Daylesford — Annette for a bathroom makeover and Bunty, who helped me give the little shop a spit and polish before the cameras arrived.

Thanks Postcards for coming to visit our tiny hot chocolate shop. Such a fun memory. 🤎

Our little business is expanding, and we’re looking for someone special to join us and help create and deliver beautiful chocolate-making experiences and classes for our customers.
Ideally, you’ll have a deep knowledge of fine chocolate and chocolate making, along with wonderful people skills and the confidence to guide small groups through relaxed, engaging and memorable experiences.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves the craft — someone who understands quality chocolate, enjoys sharing their knowledge, and takes pride in creating an experience that feels warm, generous and a little bit special.
This could suit an experienced chocolatier, pastry chef or chocolate professional looking for something a little different.
Casual/flexible hours to begin, with the opportunity to grow with us.

This is a varied role working across our growing business, so we're looking for someone who is warm, reliable, organised and genuinely enjoys looking after people.
Hospitality experience is welcomed, but it isn't essential. We're just as interested in finding someone with a great work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine love of creating beautiful customer experiences.

I didn’t think it was possible but we did it again…Sunday records smashed!
Thank you for your patience, we were utterly blown away by the amount of visitors and even with a team of 5 behind the counter we were under the pump the whole day!
The wait times were extraordinary and I am so grateful to you for being patient and kind… many of you popping up to me to say I was incredibly calm under pressure… but it’s because of my wonderful team that I was able to ‘just keep swimming’.
