🏗️ The City of Ballarat is laying the groundwork for the long-term transformation of the La Trobe Street precinct including the former Ballarat Saleyards site.

While remediation works are being led by Development Victoria, Council is focused on a broader vision: developing a structure plan to guide urban renewal over the next 20–30 years.

📍 The plan will explore:
• Potential rezoning
• Improved local amenities
• Transport and infrastructure needs

🗣️ Community engagement will be central to the process, with opportunities to have your say in the coming months. Previous feedback via MySay has already helped shape the direction of the work.
