Native American Style Flutes - Australia I am a passionate Native American Flute player. I have been selling flutes from my website for 8 years and particular about the tuning and quality.

I have been playing/selling and performing with the Native American Style Flutes for over 8 years. Not long by many standards, i'm really just a beginner, but passionate as anyone. I first became aware of these beautiful flutes in a dream. I saw myself on a mountain top rock overlooking a deep canyon, playing this hollowed out tree branch. I then researched and came accross my first flute, in Gm.

I bought a book to learn from and I was off on an amazing journey. Over the years I had purchased guitars, but with a lot of practice, still could'nt get the rythm. You may relate to this. Once my flute arrived I put it to my lips and blew this amazingly terrible note. My husband and son ran for dear life and i hid in the bathroom. Practicing and scaring the life out of the dog each day. Gradually I started hearing something different. Also no one was running away any more. Some people find it quite easy to pick up the first time. I took a little longer, but with perserverance I now have 2 c.d's, perform on stage each month and give regular flute lessons. I have even taught a deaf gentleman to play..... I have been inspired by Mary Youngblood over the years and have been to USA and had a flute lesson and a You Tube video with her. I am a member of a few of the facebook Native American Flute Musician pages and love listening to others play and have many favourites, some of whom i have met on my 3 visits to USA. I love to sell flutes to others that love the sound of the tree's singing.....I will post some photos of some of the flutes I have available..... love and blessings julie

Today 8.8.23, Twin Flames, Tony and Julie, are here near Uluru to celebrate our 35th year of meeting here on 8.8.88. After living near Uluru for over a decade, we journeyed to Denmark WA, where we live now.
