The Froyo machine has been getting a workout today!! We’ve got a few more toppings to choose from, which will continue to be added to. If you’re like me and can’t decide, just do what I do and add them all 🤭
The reno’s are still a work in progress but come on in and try it out, it’s YUMMMMOOOOOO!!! 😋

Super exciting news!!!

Our new Froyo Bar is opening soon!!
Who doesn’t love a good frozen yogurt with all the yummy toppings on a nice sunny day?! And not just any frozen yogurt, we’ve got the good stuff with all the prebiotics and probiotics which are good for your tummy 🥰

After a successful first Pilates term, I’m excited to hopefully add an extra Tuesday morning class at 9am with enough numbers!

If you’ve been thinking about giving Pilates a try, this could be the perfect time to join. This is a great way to start your Tuesday feeling stronger, more mobile and energised.
