- Rider must be either EA, HRCAV or PCAV member
- Horse - no registration required
- All monies must be paid before the event
- Every horse & rider must arrive happy and leave happy

Late Entry Policy

Any entries received after the advertised closing date and time will incur a $15 late entry fee per rider unless entries have already been submitted and paid for prior to the closing date.

Competitors who have entered and paid before entries close may add extra rounds on the day (subject to availability) without incurring any additional administration fees.

As a volunteer-run club, we are required to confirm numbers and pre-pay venue hire and other event expenses in advance. We appreciate your understanding and support in getting your entries in on time.

We will only run these days if we receive enough entries to cover the costs. 🙂
