Gather around our rustic long tables and celebrate the magic of Christmas in the heart of winter.

Join us on Sunday 26th July for a leisurely three-course roast lunch in the warmth of The Conservatory. Surrounded by soaring windows overlooking the rolling countryside, it’s the perfect setting to slow down, share a beautiful meal, and enjoy the cosy charm of the season.

We’ll be serving a festive menu featuring:

❄️ Truffled cauliflower soup with toasted hazelnuts & buttery bread

🎄 Traditional roast lunch with crispy root vegetables, buttery greens, rich gravy & all the trimmings

🍮 Christmas pudding with brandy custard & vanilla bean ice cream

Warm up with spiced mulled wine, or choose from our selection of premium Tasmanian wines, beers and spirits available to purchase throughout the afternoon.

For one weekend only, we’re reviving the Conservatory experience — think long lunches, familiar faces, and our signature Tasmanian gourmet platters, perfectly paired with local wines, all set within that stunning, light-filled space you know and love.
