Hello again to my wonderfully patient customers! I've been busy since you last heard from me. We welcomed baby Finn to our family (here he is at 4wks and 8wks old...in his GK nappies of course) and have been finding life in a family of 6 very hectic! I've been catching up on e-mails and am offering special discounts for those who have been inconvenienced by my late replies. Exciting new charcoal inserts! I am yet to order these but have heard great things so will be getting some for my stash later in the week for sure! :)

These new inserts are made in our unique hourglass shape from 6 layers of 75% bamboo charcoal fleece and 25% microfibre. Why are these inserts special? They are antibacterial (due to the bamboo, plus the charcoal absorbs odours), they're very absorbant for weight (you can expect them to absorb roughly 400ml), they absorb quickly (due to the honeycombed path of the fibres), are fast drying (as moisture quickly disperses to the surface of the fabric), and they breathe freely (ensuring baby is more comfortable)!

Compared to our other inserts they are as trim as our microfibres and our single bamboos, but much more absorbant, like our premium double bamboos. Win-win. :) They can be used as a booster also. TUESDAY TIPS!
Nappies on the clothesline and rain threatens? Modern Cloth Nappies are suitable to tumble dry on a low heat setting but, if you can stand to hang the nappy shells elsewhere and just dry the inserts and wipes, you'll extend the life of your nappies (it's all about the elastic staying as strong as possible!). This photo is from my washing this very morning. Too easy. :)
