We would like to thank everyone for your support today! 🦪 We had a great day at Peel, meeting lots of friendly faces and being able to provide you all with our freshly farmed oysters.

We sold out of our shucked and whole shell oysters, but we still have some jars available!

They are filled with small-medium size oysters for $35 a jar! Our recommendation is to drain the water when ready to consume, empty them onto a plate, squeeze some fresh lemon juice on them and season with salt 🤤 Or try them au naturel!

We are even offering local delivery within the Redlands 🚘 DM us for more info.

Dialba Oysters have an exciting announcement! 🌟

This Thursday (26/01/2023) on the public holiday, we will be selling shucked and whole shell oysters at Horseshoe Bay, Peel Island 🏖
We will be set up on the beach at high tide, serving directly from our oyster barge.

So if you were already thinking of taking the boat out this Thursday, this is your sign to do so!

They’ll be fresh from our farm, and shucked to order! 🤤🦪 We will have limited stock, so make sure you get in quick and make the most of this unique opportunity.

🦪 PLEASE READ FOR STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION INFORMATION 🦪

Here is some useful information on storing your oysters correctly to make sure you get the most time out of them (if you don’t eat them all straight away that is 🤤)

🔴 IN SHELL: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Sydney rock oysters are very hardy to the climate here and prefer room temperature when in shell, if they are refrigerated the oysters inside will die. Best consumed within 7 days.

🔴 SHUCKED: Refrigerate once opened. They are best consumed within 3-4 days.

🔴 BOTTLED: Refrigerate bottled oysters. Best consumed within 4 days.

The Dialba team have been working hard to fill all the Christmas orders, and make sure we deliver you the freshest, tastiest oysters straight from the farm. It has been a very busy few days, and we appreciate all your orders and support!

We are still offering pick up on NSI located at our window front at 6 Gatumba Street, Dunwich📍(Situated between Dunwich and Point Lookout, first turn off on the right as you pass Myora Springs).

Collection from this address will be available up until 3pm Christmas Eve 24/12/2022.
