WE'RE HIRING: Marketing & Social Media Manager

Nougat & Nice is looking for a bold and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to help take our brand to the next level.

This is much more than a posting role. We want someone who understands how great content, strategic marketing and consistent brand exposure can grow a community, attract new customers and drive sales.

You’ll work on-site with our friendly, close-knit team at our East Bunbury warehouse, creating content where our products are made.

The role will include:
• Filming and styling product content
• Creating and editing Reels and short-form videos
• Writing engaging captions and posting across platforms
• Managing engagement and growing our online community
• Planning creative campaigns and marketing strategies
• Creating email campaigns for existing and potential wholesale customers
• Helping grow our wholesale network and attract new stockists
• Creating seasonal and year-round promotional material
• Tracking growth, engagement and campaign performance
• Manage Google ads and analytics
• Schedule and track Meta ads
• Bringing fresh ideas to help get the Nougat & Nice name out there

We’re looking for someone with proven social media experience, strong filming and editing skills, confidence in their ideas and an understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.

Experience in email marketing, campaign planning or wholesale marketing will be highly regarded and may expand the role and remuneration.

⏰ Flexible hours to suit school hours, FIFO partners and life in general

One of the best parts of our job is seeing where a little bit of Nice ends up. 🤍

These beautiful volunteers regularly collect donations from us, and it always reminds us that community support often happens quietly — through the people who give their time, show up, organise, collect, deliver and care for others.

Through our Nice Community Fund, we’re proud to support local groups and charities in small but meaningful ways throughout the year.

It may just look like a box of nougat being picked up, but to us it represents something much bigger — local people helping local people.

A big thank you to the volunteers and community groups who do so much behind the scenes. We’re grateful to play a small part in supporting the work you do. 🤍
