This week we’re celebrating all the amazing volunteers out there — and today we’re giving a huge shoutout to the passionate team at Jack Russell Rescue 🐾
From braving the rain to juggling full-time jobs, families, and personal commitments — their volunteers are small but mighty, and the heart behind every wagging tail. 🐶❤️
Special love to their incredible carers and to Jill & Brian, whose lifelong dedication to Jack Russells is nothing short of inspiring. 🙌

This week is Volunteers Week highlighting the incredible role volunteers of all types play, in the community.
But, we at Jack Russell Rescue are today praising and thanking our volunteers, who show up rain hail or shine, and without... JRR wouldn't run at the capacity it does.
We only have a small team, most who have been with us for a long time. They are reliable, powerful and mighty, who step into various roles at a moments notice around their full time jobs, qualifications, family and personal commitments. Making the world a better place with love, comfort, training and understanding, not just for our homeless dogs, but for everyone who visits our shelter.
That also extends to our Carers, who take very young, sick, frightened and aged, fragile and behavioural little lives into their own homes to manage, love and comfort as best they can. Not always easy, definately life changing and rewarding, until the very end.
To Jill and Brian, who have dedicated their life, home and experience to Jack Russells.
