Friday set up Poplar caravan park
and maybe afternoon dig at kookabukka
As it will be daylight savings weekend as well

Stalls will be set up all weekend at Bob's place

Some food available not sure what will be there

FIELD TRIP INFORMATION!!!

As we are combining efforts to run Gemorama this year, there will be a 2 - 3 trips each day organised to support the numbers expected.

Saturday 1st Oct - Wings of Eagles -
Sunday 2nd Oct - 3 Waters High Country

There are free trips arranged but I'll let Dicko explain where these will be located.

I am still working on the Monday trip & will post when this last trip is secured.

Friday night 30th Sept meet & greet $5 for 2 sausage sangas.
Saturday & Sunday nights - $10 / plate for spit lamb, roast potatoes & coleslaw OR Venison Stew

Traders / tailgaters - $50 for the 3 days or $20 / day with free camping.
Food sellers we can work out a small % on goods sold instead of the flat rate.

Self contained camping sites - $20 / night / site.

I have a large fire pit with wood slab benches or BYO seating.
BYOG.

Field Trips - $25 adults or $70 for a family of 4 or more.
Details in the next 2 - 3 weeks on locations.

Insurance is being arranged for fossickers / land holders & myself.

Due to inclement weather last year, I have decided to move Gemorama to the long weekend in October, 1st - 3rd.
It will be run in conjunction with D & S Adventure Supplies & HVP (Hastings Valley Prospectors) as they are running their Gemboree on that weekend.
We are currently negotiating with some new sites for Field Trips.

Thought I best put a post up about road closures. Armidale to Glencoe is cut off twice! If you are coming from the south, take the Pacific Hwy to Grafton & come the Gwydir Hwy to Glen.
