A wet cold day in Adelaide calls for a cosy cafe with great coffee and a new book I discovered.

If truth be told, I haven’t been doing too well lately. Not sure why.

There’s so much going on in this chaotic and complex world and all we seem to hear about is the negative.

Maybe it’s time to put down the phone, turn off the news and pick up a book. Even better, read it outside in nature.

This book with it’s intriguing title ‘I eat the stars’ explains how our world is going through a rather unpleasant fundamental shift and how, we, as humans can navigate these changes and come through it better than before.
