Some of you may know of Kathryn She has spoken at a couple of event in Australia. She is an energy analyst and an expert in all things on the generation of electricity and its transmission at national grid scale. In this short video Kathryn addresses, in a concise and direct way, some of the myths and (my words), the deliberate onmissions and untruths, of the transition to a renewables based electricity grid. Well worth 8-10mins of your time. Kathryn is British, and in this video, addresses the issues in that context. However the general principles apply globally, particularly with regard to cost comparisons with other forms of generation and issues of grid stability.
