This week Liquorland are loving Fowles Farm to Table Pinot Noir! 🍷

So, what are we cooking? Creamy tomato pork sausage pasta!
Food and wine pairings don’t get much easier than when they’re drawn on the label. Fowles has certainly nailed this one. Pinot and pork is a perfect pairing. This recipe really helps the wine shine. The slightly spicy, creamy tomato sauce works incredibly with the richness and slight warmth of the wine. The pork sauce just rounds everything out. Simple and perfect!
