Feeling a little under the weather?

This delicious and powerful ‘functional food’ created by .apothecary is a type of herbal extract based in vinegar & honey. It is pungent, warming, drying, sweet, sour, stimulating, and the perfect tonic to have on hand when cold/flu season rolls in. Thins and moves mucous, dries out the chest, boosts vitality.
Those who know it, know it well - a wonderful traditional formula.

In stock in store at .fib , open 9am-3pm Wednesday- Sunday

The ANJELMS Project and The Store At Fib started as a people’s project.
Gaelle saw so many people with amazing potential — and her why has always been about finding that in others. In the artisans we work with. In the team in Fremantle. In the customers who walk through our doors. Sometimes that looks like a maker whose craft gets the recognition it deserves. Sometimes it’s as simple as someone finding a piece that makes them feel genuinely confident in themselves. What we’re trying to build is a safe space for all those people to come together — to create, to support each other, and to cheer each other on. That’s what keeps us going.

A healthy, vibrant community. That’s the whole why.

TANNIN & COTTON NATURAL DYE WORKSHOP - Tickets available now!

Wrap yourself in warmth and creativity this winter. Step into the inviting atmosphere of the Fremantle Fibonacci Centre, where steaming tannin-rich dye pots and a soul-warming drink by Hinata Cafe await.

In this intimate, hands-on workshop, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted hand-spun, hand-woven cotton scarf from The Anjelms Project and an expert guidance in mordanting and natural dyeing with Annette Wiguna. Choose from three rich earthy dye extracts: myrobalan, cutch, and pomegranate.

While your scarf simmers the pot, local spinner and cotton grower Jean Anning will share the journey of cotton, from seed to thread. We will finish by exploring optional colour modifiers to deepen or warm the shade of your scarf.

This workshop is perfect for beginners and anyone drawn to the alluring beauty of plant-based colour.

Limited places available - bookings essential through our website.
