The girls absolutely love coming to work with me! 🐾 They enjoy their daily walks around Eshed, have their favourite shops to visit, and somehow always know exactly where the carvery is for a shared roast roll. 😆

They soak up all the pats from tourists, although I do have to stop the occasional sneaky butt sniff! 😂

People often ask if they’re rescued, and I always say… they rescued me. ❤️

Sewing has taken over my life lately, but I haven’t forgotten my first love—upcycling furniture! 🪑✨

Over the years, my business has evolved from furniture restoration to homewares, rustic signs, and now pet accessories. As a small handmade business, sometimes you need to diversify and follow where the demand takes you.

Vernon and I still love transforming old furniture and giving it a new lease on life. While time constraints mean we can’t create as many pieces as we once did, my passion for upcycling is still very much alive.

Who needs a designer wardrobe when you’ve got me sewing custom coats for these little sausage dogs? 🌭😂

A few of my adorable dachshund customers are now strutting around in their handmade raincoats and winter coats — keeping warm, dry and ridiculously cute at the same time. Honestly, I think they know they’re fashion icons now! 🐾☔🧥
