Well, some friends have departed and gone to new families. And new furry friends have arrived to make it all cozy again.

Where would we all be without at least one friend. Someone has to listen to us complain, so they can then give us a big cuddle and reaffirm that the world will be all OK tomorrow. If not, we'll deal with it then!

Millie's Vintage at the E-shed Markets, Fremantle is happy to listen, or help, or try & find that elusive item you've been chasing. If we can't find it, we'll do our darndest to put you in touch with someone who may be able to do better than us! We're open Fri to Sun 9am to 4.30pm every weekend.

I'm sure we're all very disappointed that the Dockers were so close but not close enough to win. However, I'm not going to bag them. It was a good effort, and there's always next year. They just might eclipse them all to the top!

Could be third time lucky in 2027. Seven is a good number. Go Dockers!

I have not seen crowds like this in Freo since the 1987 America's Cup! There must be around 3,000 Dockers fans lined up down at the Port to get into Gage Roads. I think Gage Roads capacity is 1500.

The Freo train station seems to be running every 5 minutes & hundreds have been pouring out of the station since I passed it this morning on the way to the E-shed Markets to open the shop. All I can say is the support has been something else. Go Dockers. We are all with you today.

Happy Birthday to the E-shed Markets for their 30th Anniversary this weekend, in Fremantle, down at the Port.

E-shed offers free entertainment for all, including families, with live music near the Harbour Bar.

Various traders are offering discounts and specials, so come on down and see what's on offer. Great shopping for adults and children alike.

So don't let the weather stop you. Eshed Markets are open 9am to 5pm. If you're using public transport, the E-shed Markets are behind the Freo train station and bus depot. Coming in by car, entry by Cliff Street, across the railway line.

Starting this Friday, 18th September through to Sunday 20th September, Millie's Vintage at the E-shed Markets, Peter Hughes Drive, Fremantle will be offering a 10% discount on the following items in our shop to celebrate 🥳 the 30th Anniversary of the E-shed Markets.

Items included in the 10% off discount will be:
- All Matchbox or Hot Wheels cars - All china incl Hummel, Beatrix Potter, Lladro, Nao, trios, duos, ornaments, vases, incl Royal Albert, Lladro, Wade, etc - All pre 1970 dolls.

We're all Beary happy today & looking forward to Summer in the West. It's just around the corner, & and we're all waiting beary patiently.
All our friends from Steiff, Merrythought, Dean's, Gerry's Aust, Bearlissimo Bears, Canterbury Bears, TumTumTeddies, Sigikid Germany, Charlie Bears, Emile Toys Aust, Deb Canham, Verna Teddies Aust, Rounda-a-bout Bears Aust, Debbie Gunnion, Paddington, Chad Valley, Hermann, plus an assortment of Australian & British miniature bears. Even have an antique Joy Toys 1920s bear. Much loved, but his growler no longer works, of course. Phew! That's a lot of bear information.

Anyhow, they're all here at Millie’s Vintage, at E-shed Markets, Peter Hughes Drive, Fremantle (down at the Port & behind theFreo train station). Open every weekend from Fri to Sun 9am to 4.30pm. We accept cash or cards. In the meantime, have a beary good week.
