🌼 A little behind-the-scenes of Daffodil Day… 🌼
You might see a bunch of beautiful daffodils sitting in our shop and think, “Just flowers.”
But this year, getting our hands on them has been anything but easy. 💛
Between challenging growing conditions, crops not being ready and the struggles our growers are facing, sourcing enough daffodils for Daffodil Day has been a HUGE challenge.
We’ve made countless calls, chased every lead and gone to lengths we normally wouldn’t to try and secure them — because supporting Daffodil Day and our growers means so much to us. 🌼
And thankfully… WE HAVE SOME! 🙌💛 We’re so grateful to the growers and suppliers who have been able to supply us.
Side note, the bunches may be a bit shorter than usual, but better than having none at all. 😉
If you’d like to support Daffodil Day by taking home a bunch, we’d love to see you in store.
$10 a bunch, with all profits going to Cancer Council QLD.
We will be open from 8am and delivering to all of the wonderful local businesses who pre ordered, Thursday morning.
