Over the years, our little space has become so much more than a shop. It’s become a place where people stop and talk, where strangers become friends, where old friends unexpectedly bump into each other and where small moments of kindness seem to happen almost daily.

Yesterday some customers started talking about some big topics, and next minute one of them went home to get a copy of a book for the other one to borrow because she had a feeling that it was just what he needed to read. Such a lovely act of kindness 💓

Retail can be exhausting, unpredictable, messy and demanding. There’s so much that happens behind the scenes that people never see. But moments like this remind us why we’ve kept showing up for 25 years.

Sometimes the most meaningful part of a business isn’t what’s being sold… it’s the sense of community that slowly and quietly grows around it. And honestly, we feel very grateful to have witnessed so much of that over the years. ✨

For 25 years, we’ve kept showing up. Through the beautiful days, the exhausting ones, and the unpredictable seasons that retail brings.

It’s been messy, demanding, magical, stressful, joyful, and at times completely overwhelming. There have been moments of doubt, lots of reinvention, and times where we wondered how we’d keep going, but somehow here we are!

We are still creating, still welcoming people through the doors, still holding space for connection, healing, and a little bit of magic.

And after all these years, we don’t take our amazing customers and community for granted for a second.

She’ll be sharing her latest Duck and Pig picture book adventure and guess where they go this time!? They discover fairies and a magical tree… and just quietly, it looks a lot like our magical tree!!!🌳

Come and join in the fun under our magical wishing tree with bubbles and stories and face painting and wishes!
