Always smiling .. always whistling .. always having a yack about something…
She’s supposed to be retired but she just can’t help herself.. retail is in her blood ❤️
She was 39 years old when she opened up Patsys Place in Belmont, she was just going to use her shop as a place to craft and sew and knit … it soon turned into a place that everyone was drawn to and there was no time for the crafting she envisaged. That’s 40 years in retail. This deserves a medal 🥇…. But she keeps coming back for more. People LOVE her 💖 she has a twinkle in her eye when she’s being a bit naughty. Laughter and stories are shared over the counter … good old fashioned customer service at its best ✨ she’d like $1 for every gift she’s every wrapped and don’t dare ask if she’s taken the price off 😂 40 years of experience I’m sure she knows her job by now 😝
THANK YOU mum … for the thousands of lunches you’ve made me, the biscuits and cakes to get me through the day 🍰 for always being the sounding board if I’m not sure about a business decision. We might always have smiles on our faces but over the 16 years in eclectica we have had some doozies to deal with. You’re a mother to 2 but a mother to so so many others ❤️
