This is our last week but you still have time to stock up on your favourite T&C chocolate bars.

Pop into our shop at the Schoolhouse this Thursday and Friday between 10am and 3pm. Or place an order via our online shop which closes at midnight on Saturday 31st May.

After a little more than 4 years of Tilda & Cacao, we’ve decided that it’s time to close the doors and step away from chocolate making.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been a part of our chocolate making journey from our customers, stockists, partners, suppliers to fellow market stallholders. We’ve made so many wonderful friends along the way and we’ll miss you all.

The last day for our chocolate shop at The Schoolhouse, a space we feel blessed to have been able to work and create in, will be Friday 30th May. Opening hours will be as usual prior, Thursdays and Fridays between 10am to 3pm.

Our online store will close at midnight of 31st May.

Again, thank you for being a part of our journey. We couldn’t have done this without you.

This Saturday, 19th April, we'll be up in the Southern Highlands at the annual Burrawang Easter Market from 8am to 3pm.

Come and explore a world of handmade products that tell the stories of the artisans who created them. Browse racks of one-of-a-kind fashions, find unique gifts and treat yourself to something weird and wonderful that couldn’t be found anywhere else. Enjoy delicious food and breathe in the wonderful atmosphere of a delightful little village.

Most importantly, stock up on some last minute Consciously Crafted Chocolate for the mindful eater, to gift or enjoy by yourself.

This weekend, Sat 12th and Sun 13th April from 9am to 3pm, the Wollongong Makers Market will be in full swing at UOW Innovation Campus. We'll be there with our range of Easter chocolate as well as your favourite Tilda & Cacao chocolate bars.

This market is a beautifully curated collection of Australian made wares, made by a fantastic group of local creatives. If you love to shop unique Australian made items by small businesses, then this is a great market to visit. You get to meet the makers themselves which means you'll have a story behind the special gifts you choose for your friends and loved ones, or even yourself.

Find us at UOW Innovation Campus with our selection of Australian made, naturally delicious craft chocolate. Just in time for Easter!

It's easy to be drawn to the beautiful packaging that each of our Tilda & Cacao chocolate bars is tucked inside. But, we think it's just as important that our chocolate bars are beautiful too. After all, it's what's on the inside that counts!

Each of our chocolate blends are tempered to perfection, to ensure a perfect shine and every chocolate bar is decorated with cacao pods and leaves. It took us a long time to find the perfect mold for our bars but we love that this picture tells a story of where chocolate comes from.

It doesn't feel possible that we've had this amazing machine at Tilda & Cacao for 1.5 years. Before the arrival of the, much awaited, tempering machine we tempered everything by hand.

After a couple of wrist injuries, due to the volume of work, it was time to treat ourselves! We add our own/house-made nib-to-bar chocolate to the melting tank and at the press of a button, the chocolate is drawn up through the machine and pours out as perfectly tempered chocolate ready for molding. As you can imagine this saves us a lot of time, yet still I never seem to have any spare time. 🤔
