I’ve started something new over on the journal side of the RL website, and frankly, I am wholeheartedly thrilled to share it with you.
It’s a spotlight on the Women that inspire, intrigue and motivate me. Women that I admire for having the authenticity and courage to just be themselves and pave their way in this World where people are trying to be something or someone their not and losing their true selves along the way.

My motivation for this was twofold. My two daughters, I want them to feel safe, proud and content in being just exactly who they are without the pressures to be who the next trending article says they should be.
Secondly, I wanted to start chronicling the Women whom I see as courageous enough to live this way, so that they, you, and I can come here and read their advice and be reminded that it’s ok to .

Which brings me to the picture of the incredible woman that caught your attention here today. is something that Meagen Nay created and lives by.

Meagan’s Instagram bio reads Dual Olympian, Sports Commentator/MC and Diabetic. But this doesn’t even come close to describing who she is. In addition to representing Australia at the Olympic Games in Beijing and London for swimming, Meagen is also one of the most genuine, determined, warm hearted souls you’ll ever find.
