What makes it so good?

The Hawos is a PREMIUM top of the range model. Made in an elegant solid beechwood housing with a octagonal rounded shape finished in natural linseed oil. Designed for higher volume fine-to-coarse milling from a wide variety of grains & spices.

This mill is quieter in operation due to the Hawos mill-work and the surround cushion that prevents much of the grinding & motor sound from resonating into the housing,  with the higher mill-work-housing density combining to lower the noise further.

homekindled very own banana bread recipe using 100% freshly milled flour with her grain mill 🍌

Recipe:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 Maple syrup
- 1/3 melted Butter
- 2 eggs
- 1tbsp Chia seeds
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- 1tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 220gr Spelt grain
- 1tsp Cinnamon

Method:
Mash bananas in a bowl, add all wet ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in the rest of your ingredients. Pour batter into a lined loaf pan and bake for 45mins at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
