Celebrate the longest night of the year at the Burleigh Heads Winter Solstice Festival 2026!

Join us on Saturday 20 June from 3pm-8pm as James Street transforms into a winter street party for a FREE family-friendly community celebration, proudly presented by Division 13 Councillor Josh Martin – City of Gold Coast.

Enjoy live music, roaming performers, fire twirlers, lantern-making, glow zones for the kids, and plenty of entertainment throughout the precinct.

Check out the local businesses, bars and restaurants staying open late, extending into the street, and serving up pop-up food options, takeaway bites and pop-up bars as the community comes together in the heart of Burleigh Heads.
