Long before I knew, my nana was sculpting my passion for a love of all things handmade. I remember the excitment of climbing her steep, shattered concrete driveway and approaching the large powder blue timber door for a day of creative excitement. The thrill of pasting paper onto to soap with PVA and stitching tiny satin ribbon roses onto royal blue velvet sit

s firmly in my mind. I was captivated by her joy for creating and was completely engaged with perfecting the skills she taught me. To this day she continues to inspire me with her talents. At nearly 80 she still slowly creates her own masterpieces of handmade goodness. With such fond memories how can I not mingle this montage of colourful memories into my ever developing handmade clothing.....
