There’s being exhausted from living with Endometriosis… and then there’s being exhausted from constantly having to prove that you’re sick. ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

Explaining why you cancelled. Again.

Why yesterday you were okay, but today you can barely move.

Why you can smile in a photo while your body is screaming underneath it.

Why being good at hiding your pain doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

You shouldn’t have to perform your pain just to be believed.

If an Endo Warrior sends you this post, they’re probably trying to say something they haven’t known how to put into words.

Please don’t just read it.

Believe them. šŸŽ—ļø

Warriors, what’s the ONE thing you’re tired of having to explain? šŸ‘‡šŸ¼

This isn’t the launch post I had planned. But maybe that’s the whole point. šŸ¤Ž

I’ve been in a flare for weeks. I’m exhausted. I’m sore. I don’t feel polished, put together or particularly ā€œlaunch readyā€. But this is what The Endo Essentials actually looks like behind the beautiful photos. I don’t sit in an office wondering what products I can create for people with chronic illness.

I live it.
Every. Single. Day.

I create things because somewhere along the way, I’ve needed them too.

This little Medication Tracker came from those days where the pain is so loud I genuinely can’t remember whether I’ve taken something, what time I took it or what I was doing five minutes ago. 🫠

So I made something simple.
One page. One day. Somewhere visible. One less thing for my brain to carry. 🄹

And tonight, I get to put another little piece of my lived experience out into the world and hope it makes someone else’s hard day even slightly easier.
That’s why this small business will never just be a business to me.

Every product has a story.ļæ½Every decision has a Warrior behind it.ļæ½And so much of what you see here has been created from something I once desperately needed myself.
I might be launching this one while flaring, exhausted and very much human…
but I’ve never been prouder of why it exists. šŸ¤Ž

The Medication Tracker is officially here. ✨
Made from lived experience.ļæ½Made for the hard days.ļæ½Made for you.

There is SO much information to remember when you’re managing a chronic illness. 🤯

And when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed or in the middle of a flare, remembering every little detail isn’t always realistic.

Writing things down āœļø can give you something tangible to take into appointments and look back on later.

And that last slide? šŸ‘€

More soon. šŸ™Š 03.09.26 šŸ—“ļø

Five years ago today, I said goodbye to my uterus. Even now, those words are hard to write.

At 28 years old, just 11 months after giving birth to Amelia, I underwent a hysterectomy because of adenomyosis.

People often ask if I regret it.
The truth is… no.

It gave me relief from the adenomyosis that had stolen so much of my life.

But what I do grieve.. every single day, is the future I thought I’d have.

I grieve the sibling Amelia will never have.

I grieve the pregnancies I’ll never experience.

I grieve the choices chronic illness took from me long before I ever walked into that operating theatre.

If you’ve ever carried a grief that others can’t see, I hope this post reminds you that your feelings are valid.

Thank you for holding space for one of the most vulnerable stories I’ve ever shared.

If any part of my journey reflects yours, I’d love you to know you’re not alone. šŸ¤Ž

Wear the heating belt.
Wear the compression socks.
Carry the medication.
Take the rest.

Because the people staring at you don’t live in your body. 🄺

There is no shame in doing what helps you survive. šŸ’ŖšŸ» Looking after yourself will always matter more than someone else’s opinion.

Choose your comfort. Every single time. šŸ¤Ž

Some of the deepest scars from chronic illness aren't left by the disease...

They're left by the words people say.

And after hearing them enough, they become the words you start saying to yourself.

If this made you feel seen, share it with someone who needs the reminder that their pain is real, they are believed, and they are never alone. šŸ¤

I almost didn't share this.🄺
Because for a long time, I felt embarrassed by this chapter of my life.

But for every order you've ever received from us... there's a story behind it. šŸ¤Ž

Before The Endo Essentials, I was a Trainer & Facilitator and I truly loved what I did.
But as my Endometriosis progressed, I had no choice but to walk away from the career I'd worked so hard to build.
I felt like I'd lost a huge part of myself.

Back then, Endometriosis wasn't recognised the way it is today. I wasn't entitled to financial assistance, despite barely being able to work. On my hardest days, Alex would help me through the simplest things, and I constantly wondered what our future would look like.

I didn't start a business because I had everything figured out.
I started making candles because I needed purpose.
Three years later, that little business became The Endo Essentials.
What began as my way of surviving has grown into something so much bigger than me. It's become a community of Warriors who remind each other every day that they're not alone.

When I'm not packing orders, you'll usually find me with Alex, our daughter Amelia, our two Pomeranians Avocado and Stanley, or curled up watching reality TV or a true crime documentary during a flare. There are some really exciting things happening behind the scenes, and I can't wait to share them with you.

Thank you for trusting me, supporting this small business and allowing me to be part of your journey.

Now I'd love to hear yours.
šŸ¤Ž Tell me: How long have you been living with Endometriosis or chronic illness? Or if you're here supporting someone you love, tell me who they are. I'd love to get to know this incredible community a little better.

One of the biggest myths about Endometriosis šŸŽ—ļø is that the stage determines how much pain you’ll have.

The truth? It doesn’t.

Someone with Stage 1 can experience debilitating pain, while someone with Stage 4 may have very few symptoms. Every body is different, and every Warrior deserves to be believed. šŸ¤Ž

Have you ever felt dismissed because of your stage? Share your experience below. šŸ’›
