EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:
Superior Trailers is a leading trailer manufacturer, with the position based in Geebung (Brisbane).
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to start ASAP in our Geebung office.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who works well in a fast paced team orientated environment with a high attention to detail who takes the utmost pride in their work. The Sales Manager will focus on initial contact with customers looking to purchase trailers from our store as well as keeping the office and display room in a clean and tidy manor.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinating daily workflow for the Geebung team.
Managing deadlines, ensuring productivity targets are met.
Coordination of Production staff.
Leading the Geebung store to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our valuable customers.
Management of distribution sales leads.
Organisation of training for new staff.
Customer assistance & problem solving.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong People Management skills.
High Attention to detail to ensure only the highest quality product leaves the store.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to problem-solve.
Sound Computer skills.
A knowledge of Trailers would be advantageous, but not essential. Full training provided to the successful candidate.
