If you're heading to the Adelaide Showground this Sunday, you might want to make a day of it.

Of course, we'd love to see you at the Farmers' Market first for your weekly shop, a coffee, breakfast and maybe even a few tunes while you wander. If you're an early riser, you can even start the morning with free community yoga at 7.50am under the Market Verandah. Just bring a mat and a blanket and join in.

Once you've filled your baskets, there is plenty more happening around the grounds. One of our favourite neighbours, Gilles Street Market, will be trading with a wonderful mix of local artists, makers, vintage treasures and collectors. Like our market, they're passionate about supporting small local businesses and creating a great community atmosphere. They trade through until 3pm, so there's plenty of time to pop over for a browse.

You'll also find Oz Comic-Con and the Mega Toy Fair at the Showground this weekend, so whether you're into pop culture, collectables, comics, toys or simply looking for something a little different, there's something for everyone.

So grab your shopping bags, bring the family and make a morning of it.
