Sometimes when you sell a bike you remember the sale forever. This is one of those, when Louise first walked in to our store and saw me building a Infinito cv in full Celeste, her heart sung. I didn't have a full Celeste model, but had a Black and Celeste in her size in our warehouse. She liked this more.

A tear came to her eye and she explained that she had just been told she was in remission, out came the credit card and a decision was made to make this bike her gift to herself.

10 years later and unfortunately two more round of cancer treatments and many, many km of cycling she came back for a service, and a new set of wheels.

And maybe a cheeky sale pitch about the new infinito or e-oltre.

Basic maintenance is essential, but when your bike riding is everyday, all weather, you need a full strip down clean once a year.

Headset bearings face the weather no amount of cleaning the bike is going to fix this.

If you do high km or wash your bike a lot. Bearings removal and a clean and grease is a must.

Unfortunately these have damaged the frame and frame. 😬

For those who don't know. I (Brad) will be away from 21th July till at least 21th October to have both my knees replaced.

We have not been able to source a bike tech to help in this time.

We understand this maybe an inconvenience for our customers

Basic repairs like tubes and tyres will be done, for more than this made be best to have it checked over the next 3 weeks.
