I get asked this question a lot, so I thought I’d answer it here.

The short answer is no (sorry!) I don’t offer corsages or buttonholes as standalone orders.

As my bouquets are made to order, I don’t hold fresh flower stock in the studio. With such a small number of stems required, the cost ends up being much higher than most people would reasonably expect.

Rather than provide something that doesn’t feel like great value for you, or isn’t sustainable for my business, I’ve chosen not to offer them as a standalone service.

The exception is weddings, where flowers are already being ordered and they’re part of the overall floral package.

Thank you so much to everyone who thinks of me for these special occasions. I truly appreciate every enquiry and the support of my little business 🌸

A quick snap because that’s where I’m at.

I used to enjoy social media, I have a degree in marketing (before social media I must add), I thought I got it, a platform to share your work! If people like it, they’ll order, simple.

Then came the sodding algorithm. Follow it so people see your work BUT it changes and changes and changes.

Don’t be too personal, only be personal.
Use 50 hashtags, use 5 hashtags.
Use reels, use carousels, don’t use any.
Never just stills, too boring.

The pressure of keeping up is tiring and feels like a running race. In all honesty I just want to stick to my craft and share now and again my work, my passion, my little flower world.

So here is a quick snap one of the boys took, just a still. With my own words, no chat gpt and no AI image edits.

Happy Friday Clubbers, a week of heartfelt flowers that’s for sure, tears of joy and sadness, all at the same time! I’ll pop the highlights in my stories because I ‘think’ that’s where they should be today, the algorithm can bu**er off 😉✌️

Back to the bench tomorrow and already deliveries have reached maximum capacity 😳🌸

Nope, I’m not getting extra staff.
Nope, I won’t be pre-making in bulk.
Nope, I won’t get greedy and take on more orders.
Nope, I won’t sacrifice quality.
Nope, I won’t buy stems in advance and store on site.

I’m sticking in my own lane because I don’t want to stop loving what I do. One of a kind flowers for one of a kind people, custom made by me - Jo ✌️

Goodbye Autumn 🍂

Perths weather has definitely turned up the winter notch this weekend, but every season has its own kind of beauty, look out for it!

If winter has you slowing down a little, let it I say!

Hello June. Hello Winter. Hello Uggs 😉

I do love a change up… Change in weather, change in flowers, change in hair 😉

This week has been full of heart felt creations. I might not be the most traditional florist, the cheapest florist, the florist with catalogues of mass produced designs. But what I am is a little bit more personal. One of a kind flowers for one of a kind people.

Thanks for supporting, here’s a little Hills highlight recap✌️ Happy Friday - Jo 🤍

As wedding season settles and autumn wraps up, I’ve been reminiscing on the beautiful couples I had the privilege of working with this season. Reading your reviews never gets old and is genuinely humbling.

As I sit here on admin day and create wedding proposals for my future couples it got me thinking…

People see the flowers (and yes, creativity is a huge part of what I do) but behind every wedding is so much more than pretty blooms.

Every stem is considered. Every colour palette refined. Every timing schedule, bump in, install, candle placement, repurpose, weather check and run sheet planned with intention. There’s definitely no winging it here.

This season has seen a cyclone to tackle, last minute venue changes, redesigned concepts days before weddings, secured urns from wild weather moments right up until a bride walks down the aisle and honestly, being able to adapt to what works best for my couples is one of the most important (and exciting) parts of my job.

When I create proposals, they’re not simply itemised products on a page. They’re the whole picture. The experience. The art. The planning. The problem solving. The ability to create something deeply personal to you.

No two weddings I create are ever the same. There’s no catalogue image to copy and paste from because it hasn’t been done before, it’s yours and that’s my favourite part.

I think that’s where the impact lives. In creating something that feels entirely, unmistakably you. So thanks for trusting me this season, each and every couple I’ve got to know has been a bloomin’ dream, THANK YOU - Jo ✌️
