I've been playing around with the Box of Joy Bundle to see if the box die can be used to make other sizes than just the one size it was made to do.
the middle sized box is made using the die without alterations - it measures 6.5cm x 6cm x 6cm.
The larger box is made by adding another panel cut with the die, minus the top portion - added to the original bottom (I'll add photos to explain tomorrow), making it taller, you could even add more length to it if you wanted a tall thin box!
The smallest box was made by adding a score line 3cm below the top fold and trimming 1cm from the bottom flaps to allow the box bottom to be glued closed - it nicely fits 3 Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
You could make them in many sizes just by adjusting your score lines!
I love to see how versatile our dies can be!
The gorgeous Designer paper is from the Timeless Christmas 12" x 12" paper pack and I used the Pecan Pie snowflake sheet. The stamps are from the Box of Joy stamp set and the sentiment die cuts from the matching Box of Joy dies.
The boxes come together very quickly, so if you needed several of them for an event or gifts, you could make a lot of them in a short amount of time.
