Attended the 300m bat shoot at Canberra SSAA shooting range last week.

Bat shooting is shot at 300m at night. You receive 1 sighter target before your scoring targets. Only 1 - no more sighter targets.

You receive 5 scoring targets with 5 shots on each target with a 7 minute time limit per target. You try to shoot as many bats as possible. Results are measured with both numerical scores and group size.
Gary shot one of the first bats of the night with his 6mm BR with a Cheetah barrel.

Shooting is done at night, so there is no wind flags to indicate the wind, and no mirage to read.

Great fun to shoot! Great atmosphere with lots of laughter.

6mm Cheetah Barrel. 34 inches long. Taper from 33mm down to 30mm at muzzle. Fluted in our Escalator pattern. Done some bling-bling in the flutes.

Cheetah Barrels for Bungendore R***e Club FTR team. .308 Barrels in heavy palma profile. Intermitted Spiral fluted and cerakoated red and black as per Bungendore R***e Club's colours. Love the red and black on the barrels.

Photos of Will's .284 Wi******er. R***e has a 32", 1 in 8" twist, 1.25 inch parallel profile Cheetah Barrel. The action is a Stolle Panda. Sitting in a Richard stock (Beautiful stock). R***e is on a SEB neo-x rest with a SEB rear bag. Will is shooting 180 grain Berger hybrid projectiles. Barrel fitted by Matt Paroz of LRP Solutions.

Photos of Paul's .223 Ackley. It's a 26" custom profile Cheetah barrel, 1 in 7" twist. Tikka action in a MDT chassis with a Meopta 5x30 scope. Barrel fitted by Group Solutions Gunsmithing.

Cameron has sent a photo of his new FTR build. It is a Cheetah straight taper, .308 Barrel on a Stolle Panda action, sitting in a Rob Valeri stock (RV Custom R***e Stocks). Stock has a RAD absorber installed. He has a March 8-80 scope fitted, and use a SEB Joypod-X and a SEB rear bag. Cameron shoots molly coated Berger 200 hybrids.

R***e was build by Matt Paroz of LRP Solutions.

Very proud that a couple of Cheetah Barrels took out first position. Richard Brodie won target R***e B with a Cheetah Barrel, and Jim Clifford won F Standard B with a Cheetah Barrel.
