Meet your new favourite 3pm pick-me-up! 🥣 This Salted Tahini Freezer Fudge is rich, creamy, and so easy to make. Perfect for sharing (or keeping all to yourself!).
Recipe below👇

Salted Tahini Freezer Fudge 🍫🧂
Prep: 10 mins | Freeze: 2.5 hrs | Serves: 20

Ingredients:
375g Macro Organic hulled tahini
2/3 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbs maple syrup
200g Woolworths dark chocolate, chopped
¼ tsp sea salt flakes
Method:
Melt: Microwave tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla for 1 min until smooth. Stir in maple syrup.
Divide: Pour the mixture evenly into two bowls. Chill one bowl for 10 mins.
Choc: Add chopped chocolate into remaining bowl. Microwave for 30 secs and stir until smooth.
Swirl: Pour the chocolate mix into a lined 20cm square pan. Spoon the plain tahini mixture over the top and use a butter knife to create those swirls! 🌀
Set: Freeze for 30 mins, sprinkle with sea salt, then freeze for another 2 hours until firm. Slice and enjoy!

Goulburn Marketplace will be closed on Saturday, 25 April.

On Monday, 27 April, the centre will be open from 10am to 4pm, with Woolworths trading from 7am to 10pm.
