Hive Scales show hive has run out of stores.

Top weight graph shows a normal downward trend when floral sources are scarce with nectar and pollen coming in but not enough to keep up with consumption and weight steadily going down.
The second hive shows the same seesaw pattern but towards the end, the trace starts to flatten out. This is a clear signal the hive has run out of stores. This is also recognized by the beekeeper as supplementary feeding starts.

A further observation about the season from the Hive Scales. Orientation flights have basically ceased two weeks ago, meaning the queen stopped or reduced laying about 8 or so weeks ago. I suspect the bees responded to the poor season and said no more bees we cannot feed the ones we have. Now there is a minor flow on since about 2 weeks ago I predict orientation flights to get back to normal in about 4 weeks.
