Produce grown on Hillside Family Grove, near Gulgong in the Mudgee region, yield a range of high quality products from our figs- jam, paste, syrup and preserves. At Hillside our entire family work together to produce high quality products for your pleasure.

Well, this was a fun morning! It was a much bigger truck than we were expecting, but we got the job done nonetheless 😊

We had a huge load of compost delivered from Cleanaway Organics. It looks great, but will need to sit a while longer before we have to move it to the fig trees. (Can't wait to start that job lol!)

Babies! Spring is in the air, and the babies are being born. We've had 4 little white lambs in the past few days, with more to come very soon!

BBQs are the best, and something that we have quite frequently! 😋🥩🥔🍠

They've been made even better with the addition of our new olive oil spray bottle. This thing is so handy and easy to use. It pours slowly, and you can spray it as both a stream, and a mist. So good! (Unlike the photo lol!)

It's dukkah making day!
I love the colours in the frypan just before I stir them to roast. It's so earthy, and vibrant at the same time.
The roasting smell is also delightful!

More babies born on the farm over the last few weeks. Some just yesterday!!
The guinea pigs are super cute.
Little lamb and curly are among my favourites! ❤️

We'll be at the Mudgee farmers Market from 8.30 tomorrow morning!

The girls were being creative whilst feeding the chickens this morning!
I just don't think they cooperated very well!!
