Sam has been on a 7 days 440km journey in her wheelchair from Corowa to Yass raising money for rural mental health.

💛🤩 THIS IS IT GUYS! After seven gruelling days battling relentless pain on the road, Samantha Longmore will this morning begin the final stretch of a 400-kilometre journey that has inspired communities, sparked countless conversations & united people across the Riverina and beyond, bringing to an end one of the most extraordinary fundraising challenges our region has ever seen.

Sam says her body is “screaming” at her to stop. But today, she’ll ask it for one final effort.

We caught up with Sam last night ahead of today’s emotional finish, where she revealed the pain she’s kept hidden, the toughest moments of the journey, the hills that nearly broke her and why she’s determined to complete the final kilometres alone.

Wishing you all a very Merry Merry Christmas! I hope you managed to tick off lots of your Christmas shopping at Popped Up At Kimo. There were so many beautiful pieces to choose from, thank you to all the stalls, you did it again! 🥰

This year we supported in raising funds for brain cancer research. A special thank you to the Day family and their helpers for their tireless efforts throughout the day.

The Day family selected as the recipient of the funds raised through , as the Centre is striving for a fundamental breakthrough in the treatment of brain cancer — a field that has seen no major advances in 30 years.
