Tote 3/100. This tote design is inspired by my Eldest daughters most recent attempt at cyanotype printing. She is a school teacher and needed to practice first. This print represents her love of nature and her local fauna on Wiradjuri country. Like her, we’re all just trying to figure this all out!

Tote 4/100. This tote design is inspired by a sticker I saw on the back of a combi van. Hand stitched text is my favourite because the imperfections make the design feel real. Framed with another cyanotype piece from my eldest. Sticking to the k.i.s.s method with this one. Who needs more than LoVE? ❤️

Tote your heart out- 2/100 Tote series. The heart behind this project comes from my fear of the fast fashion industry overwhelming our planet in waste. Sometimes we see ‘recycled’ and don’t see how much has actually been reused!
This demon gem was someone else’s tote thrown away and my daughter’s old jeans and the scraps of threat in my studio. The green butterfly used to be a pair of old earrings that broke.

Tote your heart out! This the beginning of a 100 series. I’m finding unwanted tote bags from all over, and turning them into a piece that tells a story. This means 100 stories are needed! I better get of this behind and go on some adventures!
This tote is a carbon copy of my eldest daughter; pink, p***y and collecting random objects from her adventures.

Remember the washing my middle child did? Instead of throwing the woollen blanket I’ve made several bags from the remains. Here is another woollen tote made from the blanket. I’ve added repurposed timber handles and hand stitched the seams for added extra strength. Hint: Mistakes happen- it’s what you do with them that matters ♥️
