Yeh the girls!

Happy International Women’s Day! 💗

We’ve come a ways, but still so far to go. For us, each day there are the smallest reminders that gender bias still exists.. it’s still that little bit harder for us in all facets of life. We should work, we should stay at home, we’re too aggressive because we speak our mind, we’re too emotional because we feel strongly about something, we have to use more sick leave to take care of kids because it’s expected of the women, we’re still subject to a pay gap, we have to think of our personal safety ALWAYS… the list is endless.

And this is by far not even close to the worst of it that some women around the world face.

To our daughters - Giselle💗Mimi💗Belle💗Ettie - we hope you see the end of this bias.
