📢 Important Update for Our Wonderful Customers 📢
As a small business, we always promise to be completely transparent with the community that supports us. Today, we need to share a quick update about changes coming to our payment processes on 1 October. Due to upcoming banking policy changes, we will no longer be able to pass on the direct card surcharge through our EFT machine. Unfortunately, our bank will still be charging us a significant fee for every single card tap—a cost that small businesses like ours simply cannot afford to absorb. We thought long and hard about a blanket price increase on all our products to cover this. However, we feel that would be incredibly unfair to our customers who regularly choose to pay with cash or bank transfer. So, we are trying something different to keep our prices exactly where they are!
🙌From 1 October, we are gently asking our amazing community to help us out by choosing one of these two fee-free options whenever possible:

By making this small switch, you are directly helping us keep our prices low and protecting our independent small business from heavy bank fees. We still have our card machine available if you absolutely need it, but every cash or transfer payment makes a massive difference to our family business.
