Don't let the wind stop you. Find a nice wind blown point on the dams and the same in the river, cast out a 1/4oz spinner or a soft placcy and BAM you got yourself a fish.
Our tip is just let the wind push you into the bays etc as that's where the bait will be and the bigger fish.
River always fishing well.
