🐝 THREE MORE BEEHIVE MARKETS TO GO! 🐝

10 OCT // 14 NOV // 12 DEC

Okay... there's a little bit of a story behind this one.

After four years of creating markets, celebrating local talent, supporting small business and bringing our community together, I've made the really difficult — but ultimately positive — decision that our next THREE Beehive Markets will be our final three in this chapter.

VALE GRAZING LANE & GYMPIE ARTISAN MARKET! ❤️

And yes... the timing is hilarious considering we've just rebranded and invested in shiny new uniforms! 😂

But sometimes life has other plans.

Between study, some personal health challenges and two exciting career opportunities on the horizon — both with strong community connections — I've had to take an honest look at where my time, energy and head space need to go.

The love of community certainly hasn't died!

So it's time to give the market side of Beehive Events its final little celebration.

BUT THIS IS NOT A SAD ANNOUNCEMENT.

I'm incredibly proud of what we've created:

🐝 A FREE community event
🐝 A platform for local micro & small businesses
🐝 A place for makers, creatives & artists
🐝 A stage for local musicians
🐝 A place for amazing food vendors
🐝 A reason for families & friends to come together
🐝 Something created BY our community, FOR our community

Gympie Artisan Market & Grazing Lane have always been about giving people a place to HAVE A GO — showcase something they've created, launch a little business, play their first gig, sell their food, meet their next customer, find their people... and have a really bloody good time!

So we've got THREE MORE.

And I don't want them to be quiet.

I want them to be BIG.

I want our stallholders, foodies, musicians, makers, artists, families, regulars, first-timers — everyone who has ever wandered through and thought “This is a pretty great little community” — there with us.

LET'S CELEBRATE IT.

Come hungry.
Come curious.
Come ready to shop local.
Come ready to dance.
Come bring your friends.

Because these next three markets aren't a goodbye.

They're a big THANK YOU. ❤️

🐝 THREE MORE MARKETS. LET'S MAKE THEM COUNT! 🐝

So much love,
Mandy & The Beehive Team x

🎟️ WORKSHOP BOOKINGS ARE NOW LIVE!

Ready to make something beautiful with your own hands this Saturday?

Book your place now at www.beehiveevents.com.au/book-online and experience The Artisan Sessions—a collection of intimate, hands-on workshops where you'll learn directly from talented local makers and take home something you've created yourself.

✨ Choose from four unique experiences (see descriptions on slides):

🌿 Make a Wellness Roller with Gina
💎 Make a Diffuser Bracelet with Kelly
🔔 Make a Ceramic Wind Chime with Donna
🎨 Make a Handmade Magnet Set with Susan

Why book a workshop?

🤎 Learn a new creative skill from the Artisan themselves—not just the finished product, but the process behind it.

🎁 Take home something handmade to treasure yourself or gift to someone special.

🌿 Slow down and restore. Step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the joy of creating.

👭 Come solo or bring friends! Whether it's a creative date, a catch-up with friends or some well-deserved 'me time', there's a workshop for everyone.

⏰ Workshops run every 30 minutes (times vary depending on the Artisan), making it easy to fit one—or even two—into your evening.

As part of Studio Trails Month, we're celebrating the incredible artists and makers who help make our region so special. Because art is everywhere—and this month, you can be part of creating it.

✨ MORE THAN A WORKSHOP ✨

The Artisan Sessions have been a dream in the works for a while. And what better time to start than to compliment Gympie's Studio Trails Month!

Gympie Artisan Market will transform into hands-on workshops for July and October, designed to connect our community with the makers, artists and craftspeople behind the work we admire.

Instead of simply viewing the finished product, you'll have the opportunity to learn directly from talented local creatives, discover the skills behind their craft, and create something of your own to take home.

Whether you're looking to try something new, reconnect with your creative side, spend quality time with friends, or simply slow down for a few hours, these workshops are designed to be welcoming, inspiring and fun.

Because art isn't just about what hangs on a wall or sits on a shelf.

It's about the stories, techniques, mistakes, experimentation and passion that happen along the way. Isn't that what life is all about?

Join us as we celebrate creativity, craftsmanship and the incredible artists who make our region such a vibrant place to live.

✨ Introducing The Artisan Sessions ✨

Rediscover the Art of Making.

As Gympie celebrates Studio Trails Month this July, we're embracing the spirit of creativity, craftsmanship and connection with something new at the Gympie Artisan Market.

On Saturday 11th July, selected artisan stalls inside the Homestead will transform into intimate mini-workshops as part of The Artisan Sessions.

In a world of fast everything, The Artisan Sessions invite you to slow down, connect with local makers, and rediscover the art of making by hand.

Go beyond browsing the stalls and step behind the craft. Meet the maker, learn traditional and contemporary skills, hear the stories behind the products you love, and create something of your own to take home.

Whether you're curious to try something new, keen to learn a timeless skill, or simply looking for a unique experience, The Artisan Sessions offer a rare opportunity to experience the creativity that makes our region so special.

🎨 Workshop details and bookings will be announced soon. Only one more space available for an Artisan! Please enquire within.

Something is shifting…✨

You might not see it fully yet — but you’ll feel it.

Over the past few months, we’ve been listening.
Watching.
Growing.

And what started as a basic market…
has been quietly becoming something more.

Something warmer.
Something slower.
Something built around connection, not just commerce.

This is your first hint:

✨ Change is coming
✨ A new chapter is about to begin

And trust us… it’s worth the wait.

Before we show you what’s changing…
we want to share why.

Because this has never just been about stalls or foot traffic.

It’s about families sitting on picnic rugs as the sun goes down.
It’s about music drifting through the air.
It’s about creating a space where people feel connected again.

It’s about giving local makers a place to grow.
It’s about supporting community organisations.
It’s about building something that actually means something.

And that’s exactly where we’re heading.

Markets with a Mission — Where Food, Families & Futures Flourish 🐝

This next chapter is rooted in purpose.
And we can’t wait to share it with you.
