Ladybird Creative Arts To me, almost any subject matter is potentially a painting or sculpture. My work is diverse. It gives me a sense of deep personal satisfaction.

Landscapes are a favorite subject, but I also love to paint and sculpt animals, birds, the human figure and abstracts using a variety of mixed media and recyclable materials. I love creating art that connects to the environment and natural elements of the sky, the oceans and the earth, bringing their radiance to life with the lustrous colours and shadowy forms of nature. I find a sense of peace and relaxation holding a brush in my hand and connecting with the flow of my work.

It turned out to be a lovely day yesterday for the Steampunk bumblebee 🐝 workshop.
We were only a small group but we all had a fantastic creative time together creating our very own Steampunk bumblebee. 🐝
Thank you ladies for joining me. I had a wonderful time and I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did.

Join me this Halloween to craft your very own SPOOKY Witch with Certified Powertex Trainer, Artist Carol Burley.

🎃 Happy Halloween! 🎃 Join a community of fellow likeminded crafters for a day filled with creativity as we bring a Spooky Witch to life. Halloween is a season of enchantment and mystery, making this workshop a perfect chance to create a unique Witch to adorn your home.
In this workshop, you will:
• Learn how to form the body and shape of your Witch with recycled materials.
• Discover various ways to use Powertex weatherproof products.
• Use materials and Powertex fabric hardener to make your creation weatherproof.
• Decorate your Witch to give it a distinct personality.
🧙‍♀️ Be part of the fun! Get Creative! No previous experience is necessary, as Artist Carol Burley will guide you through each step of the process. This workshop is ideal for parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.
You'll craft your very own Witch and add a touch of spookiness to your home.
Size: Approximately 50 cm tall. 🎃🦇👻
Morning Tea: Provided along with tea & coffee throughout the day.

Fun morning yesterday at the Art Club. Kam finished another owl.
Sue played around with resin pouring, we’re all looking forward to seeing what Sue does with it next week.
I experimented with epoxy resin and mica powders I love the results 🦋 🦎
I finished my day with a walk along South Beach. Such a beautiful afternoon.
