To our wonderful customers and the Hamilton community,

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who has reached out, whether you know us personally, have visited our shop before, or have simply sent kind words and support through our page or private messages.

The amount of love, kindness, and support our small family business has received over the past day has been overwhelming. My family and I are truly touched and deeply grateful. We feel incredibly honoured to be part of such a caring and supportive community here in Hamilton.

For the past 7 years, our family has worked honestly every single day without a break. We wake up early every morning, work long hours, and do everything we can to keep our small family business going. We never imagined that something like this could happen to us. We are just a small family trying to make an honest living, and to see our hard work damaged in such a short moment has been absolutely heartbreaking.

At the moment, we are still waiting for updates from the Police regarding the investigation. This has been a very traumatic experience for our family, and we are still feeling shocked, scared, and heartbroken. The offenders used an axe to break into our shop, which has left our family feeling even more frightened and distressed. However, we know we must keep going. We have always worked honestly and will continue to do so, because life must go on.

We are planning to reopen on Monday. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as our computer system was damaged during the break-in and our cash register was stolen. Thankfully, no money was left inside, but unfortunately we are currently unable to scan items as normal while we organise replacement equipment.

Please bear with us if service is a little slower than usual over the coming days. We are only a small family business and are doing our very best to get back on our feet.

Once again, thank you for the incredible kindness, support, and compassion shown to our family. Your messages, visits, and encouragement mean more to us than words can express.

We can not open the shop today

Our family business was broken into and robbed.

For the past 7 years, we have worked honestly and tirelessly every single day. We wake up early every morning, work long hours, and do everything we can to keep our small family business running.

We are not a big company. We are just a small family trying to make an honest living.

Why would someone do this to us?

Everything we have built has come from hard work, sacrifice, and dedication. To see someone come and take from us like this is absolutely heartbreaking.

We are devastated, shocked, and scared. The stolen items may just be things to some people, but to us they represent years of hard work and countless early mornings.

Right now, our hearts are broken. We never imagined something like this would happen to our small family business.

Please keep us in your thoughts, and if anyone has any information, we would greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you to everyone who has shown us kindness and support during this difficult time.
