First of all, I've had yet another delighted customer, this baby was the centrepiece of the table for her mothers day high tea and i think this tower is a stunner.

Secondly, I'd like to wish all the mums, solo dad & carers out there a happy mothers day.

I solely feel being a parent is the most important job in the entire world and I know at time we think we're crap parents, but we're not. Each and everyone of us are doing such an amazing job. We are the gate keepers for the future generations.❤.

Before I coat my strawberries in chocolate I always soak them in a cold water bath for 10mins in kangen water 11.5ph before drying them 1 by 1 by hand.

Want to know why the water is that colour?

It's actually all the oil base pesticides that the farmers use to protect their crops.

Using normal tap water won't actually remove them from your produce, rather it may just remove the dirt.

Im super proud in knowing im offering my customers the opportunity to have alot of the pesticides removed from their strawberries.
