Join our friendly Labelcity team in McGraths Hill! We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and keeping orders moving.
Key Responsibilities
-Help customers by phone and email
-Process online and phone orders
-Pack orders ready for dispatch
-Answer product and order enquiries
What you’ll bring
-Strong customer service skills
-Clear written and verbal communication
-Confidence using computers and online systems
-A reliable, organised approach
3–4 days per week, at least 15 hours
Flexible hours, including school hours
Casual role with potential to become permanent part-time
