With the success of my first run of limoncello I got Googling on other flavours to try and came across Lamponecello (Raspberry Cello) and Mirtillocello (Blueberry Cello) and thought why not give them a go .
500g or fresh or frozen Raspberries or Blueberries
750ml neutral spirit
Let sit for 5-7 days

Simple syrup 3 cups white sugar & 2 1/4 cups water boil and cool
Then strain fruit from liquid and add cooled simple s and mix and bottle and store in cool dark place for 4 weeks and enjoy
